H. Thomas Watkins
Director
H. Thomas Watkins, has served as a Director of Vanda since September 2006. Mr. Watkins has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Human Genome Sciences, Inc. and as a member of its board of directors since 2005. Prior to his tenure at Human Genome Sciences Inc., Mr. Watkins served as President of TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Inc. Mr. Watkins previously held a series of executive positions over the course of nearly twenty years with Abbott Laboratories.
Mr. Watkins also serves on the Board of Trustees of the College of William and Mary Foundation, and is a member of the College of William and Mary Mason School of Business Foundation Board of Trustees.
He holds a B.B.A. from the College of William and Mary and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
